The strong wind that we got at the end of February made hamburger out of our high tunnel plastic and it had to come off. The tunnels were reinforced and made ready for more plastic. These will be the home for our tomato and pepper plants.
Soooooooo, a few weeks ago we got one of the tunnels recovered with an army of wonderful neighbors that worked for oatmeal raisin cookies :) Yesterday Joseph straightened the other tunnel that had gotten the worst of the wind, and as soon as we have a calm couple of hours and another army of neighbors we'll have that one covered too. Stay tuned for more adventures of those involved with the Giant Garden!
