Pickling cucumbers and slicing cucumbers

We have a beautiful crop of pickling and slicing cucumbers this year, mostly because the plants decided to come out of the ground!  We're picking about 50-60 pounds per day of these and are running out of refrigerator space.  Large orders are no problem and at this point we have no waiting list like in previous years.  We're asking $1.50 per pound, but if you need large amounts (3o+)we can come down some on the price.  Pass the word to all the homemade pickle makers you know, we would surely appreciate it!

Our sister farm handles the fruit.  Jamie orders fruit from the Boise area weekly.  She also gets gorgeous berries from Oregon weekly.  Let us know what your fruit needs are and we will let Jamie know.  Right now there are peaches, nectarines and pluots available.  Canning peaches are only a week away!  Pears and apples start near the end of August.
